Harlan G. Cohen

Harlan Grant Cohen is an American lawyer currently the Gabriel M. Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law at University of Georgia. His scholarship focuses on international legal theory, global governance, and U.S. Foreign Relations Law.[1][2] He is a member of the Board of Editors of the American Journal of International Law [3]and the American Law Institute[4].
