Hans Boersma
Hans Boersma (born 1961) is J. I. Packer Professor of Theology at Regent College. Working in the Reformed theological tradition,[1] he specialises in patristics, sacramental theology, and Nouvelle Théologie.[2] On April 16, 2018 it was announced that Boersma would leave Regent College to take up the position as Chair of Endowed Professorship in Ascetical Theology at Nashotah House beginning in summer 2019.[3]
Boersma holds degrees from the University of Lethbridge, the Theological College of the Canadian Reformed Churches, and Utrecht University. He previously taught at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC (1999–2005).
Hans Boersma held the Danforth Visiting Chair at St. Louis University from 2015-2016.
