Ham Fisted is the first album by the alternative rock band Local H. It was released in 1995 through Island Records. Though the tracks "Cynic" and "Mayonnaise and Malaise" were released as airplay singles, the album failed to chart. The track "Feed" was featured in the movie The Great White Hype.[3]
