HMAS Toomaree was a channel patrol boat operated by the Naval Auxiliary Patrol of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) during World War II. During the attack on Sydney Harbour by the Imperial Japanese Navy on 31 May 1942, the Toomaree was sent to the east boom gate.[1]
