HIV i-Base is a UK-based HIV treatment activist charity.
i-Base produces information about advances in HIV treatment for health workers and HIV positive people.[1]
Non-technical guides to i-Base treatment have been translated into more than 30 languages by HIV organisations in other countries.[2]
i-Base also founded and developed the UK-CAB network of treatment activist, currently with more than 850 members.[3]
Original research
i-Base has presented original research at UK BHIVA medical conferences on UK HIV services,[4] readability of patient information,[5] and UK HIV testing.[6]
HIV i-Base is a registered charity, founded in 2000.[7]
