HD 73256, also known as CS Pyxidis, is a star located approximately 123 light years away in the constellation Pyxis. The spectral type is G8/K0V with a radius 0.94 times, luminosity 0.74 times and a mass 1.01 times that of the Sun. It is thought to be about a billion years old.[3][2][1]
