The H. Allen Jerkens Memorial Stakes is a Thoroughbred horse race run annually at the Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York. The race is open to three-year-olds willing to sprint seven furlongs on dirt. First run in 1984 as a Listed stakes race, since 1999 the race has been a Grade I event, and since 2012 has carried a purse of $500,000. It is the biggest sprint race of the year for three-year-olds only.

From its inception in 1984 until 2016, the H. Allen Jerkens Memorial was known as the King's Bishop Stakes, named for the horse originally owned by Houston Astros founding president Craig F. Cullinan Jr.

In 2017 the New York Racing Association renamed the race for the late Hall of Fame trainer H. Allen Jerkens, who himself trained King's Bishop to wins in the 1973 Carter Handicap and Fall Highweight Handicap for Allaire du Pont.[2] Over a career spanning seven decades, Jerkens' horses have upset racing champions - such as Onion's victory over Secretariat in the 1973 Whitney Handicap - earning him the nickname "the Giant Killer".[2]
