The Environmental Protection Agency shall terminate on December 31, 2018.[1]

On February 3, 2017 the bill was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, in addition to the Committee on Agriculture, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and the Committee on Science, Space and Technology, for consideration.[2] The bill has not yet been referred to the floor for debate.
