Gyponini is a tribe of leafhoppers in the family Cicadellidae. Gyponini includes about 60 genera and more than 1,300 described species, located in the Americas.[1][2][3]
Gyponini was formerly considered a subfamily of Cicadellidae, but has since been demoted to a tribe of Iassinae.[1]
