Guangzhou No.2 High School (广州市第二中学, abbreviated 广州二中), formerly known as Guangzhou No.2 Middle School, is a high school with multiple campuses in Guangzhou. The school was established in Aug 1930. Yingyuan Road campus is the location of 3 famous old academies in Guangzhou. Science City campus located on Suyuan Hill, it is said that a famous Chinese poet Su Shi lived there when he was travelling to Lingnan.[1]

Yingyuan Road Campus (Main Campus)

Yingyuan Road is the campus of junior high school, which is a day school. It is on the south slope of Yuexiu Hill, where is the location of 3 famous old academies in Guangzhou. It was the only campus of school before the established of Science City campus, now it is also recognised as the main campus of the school.

Science City Campus (Senior High School Campus)

Science City campus is the campus of senior high school, which is a boarding school.[2] It is built on Suyuan Hill in Guangzhou Science City, it is said that a famous Chinese poet Su Shi was lived there when he was travelling to Lingnan.

Yingyuan Campus

The full name of it is Guangzhou No.2 High School - Yingyuan Junior Campus, Yuexiu District (zh:广州市越秀区二中应元学校), it is a state-owned voluntary senior high school which is a day school. The name is from Yingyuan Road.

Suyuan Campus

The full name of it is Guangzhou No.2 High School - Suyuan Junior Campus (zh:广州市二中苏元实验学校), it is a state-owned voluntary senior high school which is a boarding school and a day school founded in 2008.[3] The name is from the nearby Suyuan Mt. in the Science City Campus.

Huiyuan School

The full name is Guangzhou Huangpu Huiyuan School (zh:广州市黄埔区会元学校).

Kaiyuan School

The full name is Guangzhou No.2 High School - Kaiyuan School (zh:广州市第二中学开元学校). The school is under construction and will be available in September 2018.

Nansha School

The full name is The Affiliated Nansha School of Guangzhou No.2 High School (广州市第二中学附属南沙学校). It is located in Nansha District, Guangzhou. The school is under planning.
