A constitutional referendum will be held in Grenada on 6 November 2018.[1] The proposed constitutional amendment would make the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) the final court of appeal, replacing the British Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.[2] The proposal was previously made in a 2016 referendum, but rejected by voters.[3]
Antigua and Barbuda will also hold a referendum on joining the CCJ on the same day.[1]
