Greg Broderick is one of the leading Irish-based international show jumpers in the country and runs a hugely successful show jumping yard, along with a breeding facility run by his sister Cheryl. Over the years horses bred, sourced or produced by them, in particular Ballypatrick Mystique, Arraghbeg Clover and MHS Going Global, have gone on to achieve success worldwide.[1]

Greg has enjoyed numerous successes at the Dublin Horse Show over the past few years and in 2014 he created history by winning the four, five and six-year-old national championships with BP Castlefield, Alberta Mist and Super Chilled. That same year was rounded off with him being crowned the Showjumping Ireland National Champion after winning the overall title of the Horseware/TRM Premier Series. MHS Going Global claimed the leading horse title.[2]

Represented Ireland on the Aga Khan team in 2015. His only double clear round for the team helped Ireland secure the victory.On a wild card entry in July of 2015 Greg competed in his first ever Global Champions Tour in Cascais, Portugal with MHS Going Global. Competed at the 2016 Olypmic games in Brazil on Irish-Bred MHS Going Global before being sold to Athina Onassis. [3]

Leading International Rider at the 2017 Dublin Horse Show and the 2017 TRM/Horseware National Champion, Greg is currently producing a string of some 60 young horses at Ballypatrick Stables, among them multiple Grand Pix winners Chinook II and Charmeur.

Greg successfully trains a string of very talented students including Adrienne Dixon, Veronica Tracy, Rosalie Biedron, Max O'Reilly Hyland and Kerry McCahill aswell as stables riders Kellie Allen and Darragh Ryan. [4]
