Gowidon is a genus of arboreal lizards in the family Agamidae. The genus is endemic to Australia and New Guinea.

Gowidon contains the following 2 species:[1]
- Gowidon longirostris Boulenger, 1883 – long-snouted lashtail, long-nosed water dragon
- Gowidon temporalis (Günther, 1867) – swamplands lashtail, northern water dragon
