Govind is born to Peethambaran Menon & Vasanthakumari on 29 October 1988.He hails from a musical family in Irinjalakuda.Peethambaran Menon retired from the Irrigation Department as an engineer.His father Peethambaran’s elder brother Gopinathan Menon was a Carnatic musician and his early exposure to music has been through his uncle.Govind is married to his long time girl friend Renjini Achuthan Menon since 4 December 2012.
Biography
Govind Menon (also credited as Govind Vasantha) is a composer, singer, and violinist in Malayalam and Tamil films.[1][2] He is one of the founders of the Malayalam musical band, Thaikkudam Bridge.[1] He is a vocalist and violinist in the band.
