Gordon Wild (born 16 October 1995) is a German footballer who currently plays for Charleston Battery on loan from Atlanta United in MLS.
College career
Wild played one year of college soccer at University of South Carolina Upstate in 2015, before moving to the University of Maryland, where he played for two years.[1]
Professional career
Ahead of the 2018 MLS SuperDraft, Wild signed a Generation Adidas contract with MLS.[2] On 17 January 2018, Wild was selected 37th overall in the SuperDraft by Atlanta United.[3]
In February 2018, Wild was loaned to United Soccer League side Charleston Battery.[4] He made his professional debut on 17 March 2018 as an 80th-minute substitute in a 0–1 loss to FC Cincinnati.[5]
