Gold Ire Omotayo Agbomoagan (born 27 January 1994) is a Swiss professional footballer who plays for English club Maidstone United, on loan from Bury, as a striker.
Career
Omotayo began his career in the youth team at FC Zürich as a goalkeeper, before dropping to regional football to play for FC Schlieren. In summer 2016, he moved to Wettswil-Bonstetten in the 1. Liga.[2][3] He then moved to English non-league club Whitehawk in January 2018.[4] After nine league goals in the second half of 2017-18, he turned professional with Bury in July 2018,[5] scoring the only goal of the game on his English Football League debut against Yeovil Town on 4 August 2018. Omotayo joined Maidstone United on loan on 5 October 2018.[6]
