Gmina Wiśniew is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Siedlce County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Wiśniew, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Siedlce and 90 km (56 mi) east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 125.87 square kilometres (48.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,922 (5,815 in 2014).
