History
The company traces its roots from a business plan competition in Stuttgart in 2007.
In 2009, the website was launched.[2]
Between 2012 and 2014, the 3 founders, Armin Harbrecht, Andreas Sperber, and Marco Umfahrer, all left the company.[2]
In 2015, Frank Hofmann took over as manager of the company.[2]
In October 2016, the company faced preliminary insolvency.[3]
In November 2016, Cultuzz Digital Media GmbH acquired the company.[4]
