Global Compact on Migration

The Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM) is an "intergovernmentally negotiated agreement, prepared under the auspices of the United Nations, [that covers] all dimensions of international migration in a holistic and comprehensive manner".[1]
