Gjorgji Kochov (born November 10, 1984) is a Macedonian professional basketball coach who started his career as basketball player in KK Rabotnicki. He also played for Vardar 2000, MZT Skopje Aerodrom and retired in Vardar Apave.[1][2]

Gjorgji Kochov is graduated baskteball coach on Faculty of Physical Education, Sport and Health on Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

In 2014, he started his coaching career as a coach in KK Vardar U-18 and KK Vardar U-20 teams, and in two seasons they won three gold medals.


In 2016 , he is selected for assistant coach in Macedonian national baskteball U-16 team.

On September 27, 2016, Kochov became a head coach of Vardar[3].


In 2016, Gjorgji Kochov is selected for the best coach in junior competition.

In 2017, he is selected for head coach in Macedonian national baskteball U-18 team.

On December 19, 2017, he was became assistant coach of Željko Lukajić in MZT Skopje[4]

On April 3, 2018, he became a head coach of MZT Skopje.[5]
