Girish S. Agarwal (born 7 July 1946) is a theoretical physicist.
Life
Agarwal is professor at Texas A&M University in the departments of biological and agricultural engineering and physics and astronomy. He is also involved with the biophotonics program at the Institute for Quantum Science and Engineering, Texas A & M University. He previously held the Noble Foundation Chair and the Regents Professor at the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, US, and works in the field of theoretical Physics and quantum optics.[1]
