Gianna Ursula Woodruff Washington (born November 18, 1993) is a Panamanian track and field athlete specialising in the 400 metres hurdles.[4] She represented her country at the 2017 World Championships reaching the semifinals.

Born in Santa Monica, California, she has a dual citizenship with the United States and Panama. Her sister, Yasmin Woodruff, is a sprinter.
