German Kuznetsov

German Kuznetsov (born 25 March 1948) was a Vice President of Kyrgyzstan from 1991-1992 under Askar Akayev.[1] Akayev replaced him on 27 February 1992 in favor of Feliks Kulov.[2] He is ethnic Russian.

Later he served as deputy Prime Minister in the cabinet, until in July 1993 he emigrated to Russia[3].
