Gerardo Daniel Arteaga Zamora (born September 7, 1998 in Zapopan, Jalisco) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays for Santos Laguna of Liga MX.

Career

Youth career

Arteaga joined Santos Laguna youth academy in 2013. He then continued through Santos Laguna Youth Academy successfully going through U-15, U-17, and U-20. Until finally breaking thorough to the first team, José Manuel de la Torre being the coach promoting Arteaga to first team.[1]

Santos Laguna

On October 1, 2016 Arteaga made his professional debut in the Liga MX against Querétaro F.C. ending in a 1-1 draw.[2]
