Gerald Davison

Gerald C. Davison (born 1939) is Professor of Psychology and Gerontology and former dean of the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California.[1] He has authored more than 150 publications dealing with topics such as experimental analysis of psychopathology, therapeutic change and the links between cognition and a variety of behavioral and emotional problems. Davison has co-authored the textbooks Abnormal Psychology,[2] Case Studies in Abnormal Psychology[3] and Clinical Behavior Therapy.[4] Among his many honors is the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003 from the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.
