George Foottit (1864 – 1921) was an English clown who found fame on the Paris circus scene. He is famous for being part of the clown duo "Foottit and Chocolat".[1][2]

His name was sometimes misspelled "Footit" or "Footitt", possibly to adapt it to French pronunciation rules. His real name is thought to be "Tudor Hall", but this is not the name that appears on his death certificate.[3]
