George Basalla is an American historian and professor emeritus at the University of Delaware.[1]
Life
He was born in 1928, and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania.[2]
Career
He has developed a three-stage model which describes the spread of modern science in non-European nations.[3][4] He has frequently collaborated with Owen Hannaway, a famous British historian.
