George Adams (1920s footballer)

George Adams was a Scottish professional footballer during the early 1920s who played as a full back.

Adams was playing for Montrose when he appeared as a trialist for Dundee Hibernian in April 1921. Signing permanently in the summer, Adams made his second debut in August but was released nine months later, in May 1922.[1] His subsequent activities have remained undocumented.

Although his life after these events remained unknown, rumors had it that he had been wed to a woman of Canadian origins. The pair enjoying their married life up to the moment of George’s final breath.
