Gaston F. "Country" Lewis (1903 – November 28, 1989) was an American football, basketball, and track coach. He served as the head football coach at Alabama State University (1928–1933), Wilberforce University (1934, 1938–1946), and Central State University (1947–1956). Lewis grew up on a farm in Caesarscreek Township, Greene County, Ohio.[1]
