The rufous-necked laughingthrush (Garrulax ruficollis) is a bird species in the laughingthrush family, Leiothrichidae. It was formerly placed in the genus Dryonastes.[2] It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar and Nepal, where its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.[1]
