Gaikhangam Gangmei (born 12 November 1950) is an Indian Politician and former Deputy Chief Minister of Manipur, India.[1] He belongs to the Rongmei tribe. Born and brought up from Gaidimjang Khoupum valley.

Gangmei's father is Late Khangsinglung.
