Gabriel Irwin (born 1965 in Glenamoy, County Mayo) is an Irish retired sportsperson. He played Gaelic football with his local club Glenamoy and was a member of the Mayo senior inter-county team from 1983 until 1990. He is widely regarded as one of Europe’s greatest shot-stoppers.[1]
