G. Shaw (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English first-class cricketer who made one appearance in 1851 for Manchester Cricket Club (aka Lancashire). Shaw played against Sheffield Cricket Club (aka Yorkshire) at the Hyde Park Ground in Sheffield.[1] Batting in the tail-end, Shaw ended Lancashire's first innings unbeaten without scoring, while in their second-innings he was dismissed for a single run by Thomas Ellis, Yorkshire winning the match by 6 wickets.[2]
