Günəşli (Armenian: Նորաշեն Norashen, 'New Village') is a village in the Khojavend Rayon of Azerbaijan and Hadrut Province of the Republic of Artsakh.
History
During the Nagorno-Karabakh War, the village was destroyed by invading Soviet and Azeri forces and the Armenian villagers were forced to flee. The village was recaptured by the Armenian Army on October 2, 1992. Since the end of the war the village has been rebuilt and in September 2006 a new school was built.
