Fundación Colegio Bilingüe de Valledupar

The Fundacion Colegio Bilingue de Valledupar (FCBV) or Bilingual School of Valledupar is a bilingual school located in the Colombian northern city of Valledupar, Cesar founded in 1979 as a foundation. The School offers an academic program that includes nursery, middle school and high school in both Spanish and English. The Bilingual School of Valledupar is the only school in the city operating in a Calendar B schedule of classes and it was considered by the ICFES as one of the best schools in Colombia as of 2008.[1] In 2011.

Former President of Colombia Alfonso López Michelsen honored the school as one of the best in the country.[2] Last 2011 ICFES results, showed that Fundacion Colegio Bilingue was indeed the best school from Valledupar, and the best school to learn English in the Atlantic Region.

The school won the Colombian national robotics prize in 2010.[3]
