Fred Vogel (born April 18, 1976) is an American filmmaker, actor, film editor, writer and film producer. He is the founder of Toetag Pictures, known for its realistic makeup effects.[1] Vogel is also a former professor at Tom Savini's Special Make-Up Effects Program. While continuing to work as an effects artist, he also writes, produces, and occasionally acts.
