Frans Teulings (15 November 1891 in 's-Hertogenbosch – 23 June 1966 in Vught) was a Dutch politician for the Catholic People's Party. He was Minister of the Interior in the Drees-Van Schaik cabinet from 20 September 1949 to 15 March 1951, and Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands in the First Drees cabinet (sometimes referred to as "Drees II") from 15 March 1951 to 2 September 1952, as well as Minister of the Interior ad interim from 21 November to 6 December 1951.

His grandson is Coen Teulings, Dutch economist, professor and former Director of the Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis.
