Cornelia Johanna "Carola" Schouten (born 6 October 1977) is a Dutch politician for the Christian Union. She became a member of the House of Representatives on 18 May 2011, replacing André Rouvoet. On 26 October 2017 she left the House of Representatives to become Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality and third Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands in the Third Rutte cabinet.

As an MP she focused on the improvement of housing, financial and economic affairs, higher education and the maintenance of the pension scheme. Schouten originates from Giessen in the Land of Heusden and Altena. She studied business administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and worked at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment and for the parliamentary group of the Christian Union.

Carola Schouten is single, has a child and is a member of the Reformed Churches in the Netherlands (Liberated). She lives in Rotterdam.
