Frankie Animal is an Estonian indie rock band, founded in the year 2012.

In the year of their foundation, they participated in the Estonian Noortebänd festival, where they managed to win eight awards. They released their debut EP "Obsession" in 2012, and it peaked in digital streaming environments.

On April 2016 they released their first full-length album "The Backbeat". They have performed at the Positivus Festival, in Latvia, as well as in the Dutch festival Eurosonic Noorderslag. Similarly, they've been the supporting artists for Ewert and the Two Dragons during their 2015 tour in Germany.[1]

Frankie Animal took part in Eesti Laul 2018 with their entry (Can't keep calling) Misty, achieving a seventh place.[2]
