Frank Neal Stephen Marrocco is a Canadian judge and the current Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice.[1] He was initially appointed to the Superior Court of Justice in 2005 after being nominated by Stephen Harper.[2]

Marrocco is a former Queen's Counsel and was a partner at Gowlings.[3] He was first elected as a Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1995, and he was elected its Treasurer in 2003.[4]
