Francisco Portillo (footballer, born 1984)

Francisco Leoncio Portillo Maidana (born July 24, 1984 in Santiago (Misiones), Paraguay) is a Paraguayan footballer currently playing for Universidad de Concepción of the Primera División in Chile.

In 2017 there were rumors that he and his teammates had died in a car accident on 23 August; this was untrue.
