Francisca Oteng-Mensah

Francisca Oteng-Mensah (born 14 February 1993) is a member of parliament of the New Patriotic Party for the Kwabre East Constituency and is the youngest parliamentarian of the fourth republic of Ghana.[1][2][3]

Early life

Francisca is a daughter of Dr Oteng Gyasi a doctor and a businessman who owns the Angel Group of Companies.[4]

Education

Francisca is currently a second year Law student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.[5]
