Francis Worsley

Francis Frederick Worsley (2 June 1902 15 September 1949) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played first-class cricket for Glamorgan. Worsley was born in Kensington and died in Mile End.

Worsley showed promise as a batsman during his time at school at Brighton College and at Balliol College, Oxford. During summer vacations he often played cricket for Cardiff Cricket Club, thanks to which he was selected by Glamorgan twice in the 1922 and 1923 seasons.

Following his exit from the game, Worsley worked in the theatre and radio and television production, most notably on It's That Man Again.[1]
