Francis Dickinson (MP)

Francis Henry Dickinson (6 January 1813 17 July 1890) was an English Conservative Party politician. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for West Somerset from 1841 to 1847.[1]

He was the grandson of William Dickinson (1745–1806), the Member of Parliament (MP) for Somerset from 1796 to 1806 and the son of William Dickinson (1771 - 1837) the Member of Parliament for Somerset from 1806 to 1831. Francis inherited his father's estates in Somerset and Jamaica. [2]
