Francis Cagiago is a retired English footballer, who played for Arsenal F.C., Barcelona (B), and Racing Santander in his footballing career. Cagiago, who featured as a midfielder, also won the FA Youth Cup with Arsenal in 1988.[1][3][4][2]
Career
Cagiago played in the Segunda Division, Spain's second highest tier of professional football with Barcelona B & Racing Santander. He is currently a scout for Arsenal. Cagiago has been responsible for spotting players such as Lauren, Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin in his position as a scout for Arsenal.[1][4][3][2][5]
