France is scheduled to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo from 24 July to 9 August 2020. French athletes have appeared in every Summer Olympic Games of the modern era, alongside Australia, Great Britain, and Greece. As Paris will host the 2024 Summer Olympics, a French segment is expected to be performed at the closing ceremony.
Equestrian
French equestrians qualified a full squad in the team eventing competition by virtue of a top-six finish at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina, United States.[1]
