Notes

  1. Match abandoned by referee Othman Omar in 60th minute because of a free-for-all. The score was then tied at 1-1. The Disciplinary Committee found the Indonesian team guilty of violent conduct and the match was awarded to Thailand.
  2. Indonesia did not turn up at the appointed time. After waiting for 15 minutes the referee called off the game and reported to the technical committee which awarded the bronze to Burma.
