Flora Newbigin (born 1983) is an actress best known for her debut role as Arrietty Clock in the 1997 film version of Mary Norton's The Borrowers, for which she was nominated for Young Artist Award.[1] In 2003 Flora starred as Valerie, in the third episode of the first series of UK comedy Peep Show. Valerie is a 17 year old girl whom David Mitchell’s character Mark meets a party, he is dragged to, reluctantly, by his flatmate Jez, Robert Webb.

After a period in full-time education, Flora then worked for a period of time in education, including at The Pimlico Academy in Westminster, London, between 2011 and 2014. As of 2015 she started working for Cardboard Citizens, as of January 2017 as a Programme Delivery Manager.[2]
