The flame-fronted barbet (Psilopogon armillaris) is a species of bird in the family Megalaimidae. It is found in Java and Bali.
It is about 19.5-23 cm (7.7-9.1 inches) long and weighs 61-79 grams (2.2-2.8 ounces). It is mostly green, with a blue nape, yellow-orange forehead, and an orange crescent on the chest.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.
