Final is a project of Justin Broadrick, creator of the band Godflesh, which he started when he was just 13 years old.[1] Unlike Godflesh, Final is primarily electronic in nature, taking on a space-like, dark ambient sound.[2]

In 2006 Final performed across Europe, including a slot on the Supersonic Festival at the Custard Factory, Birmingham on 23 July,[3] and as special guests supporting Isis on 24 July.
